Komsekula Medium with 9 rings – Silver Necklace

Komsekula is traditionally a Sami protective symbol that would hang over the Sami cradle /komsen/ and protect the child from evil spirits, illness and bring good luck with the jingling of the small silver rings. There is always an odd number of rings - an even number is believed to bring bad luck.
