Question 2. What is the delivery time that applies when I order several products?<\/a><\/p>\n

If you order several products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.
\nIn some cases, we send products directly from our subcontractors, which means that you receive your order in several deliveries.
\nThis costs you nothing extra.<\/p>\n

Question 3. I did not get all the products I ordered?<\/a><\/p>\n

Question 4. Is the product out of stock, or?<\/a><\/p>\n

For each product there is a standard delivery time specified, for example "The product is available in the store, shipped within 1-3 business days.<\/em>\u00a0 If a product is temporarily out of stock, the text is also displayed Out of stock<\/strong> and is what then applies.<\/p>\n

Question 5. Can I change an item, for example size?<\/a><\/p>\n

If you want to change your item, order the item again s<\/a>hopinlapland.com<\/a> and returns the item you have at home within the right of withdrawal period (see our terms of purchase here<\/a>). You are responsible for the return cost. Pack it well and send it to the address below and enter the following:

Question 6. How much does the shipping cost?<\/a><\/p>\n

The shipping cost depends on what you ordered in our shop and to which address the delivery should be sent.
\nGenerally for Sweden, we ship orders with PostNord.
\nYou get the exact shipping cost by clicking on Calculate shipping<\/strong> when you put a product in the shopping cart, or when you went ahead and filled in your complete delivery address.<\/p>\n

Question 7. How should I treat my wooden box when it starts to get dry?<\/a><\/p>\n

Our suppliers treat the cups with paraffin oil, which means that it can taste salty the first time you use them. Therefore, rinse your cup with hot water or coffee and it will disappear after a while.<\/p>\n

It's totally harmless.<\/p>\n

If the cheese has become dry after a long period of use, you can dip it in paraffin oil again (if you use rapeseed oil, for example, it can turn rancid and smell bad).<\/p>\n

Question 8. My silver ring has become discolored, how do I do it?<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/a>We think it is best to polish with Hagerty silver polish.<\/p>\n

Some people who wear a bracelet made of chrome-tanned leather get a red rash on the skin where the bracelet is located.<\/p>\n

Question 11. How do I measure what length of pewter bracelet I should order?<\/a><\/p>\n

We ALWAYS recommend measuring the measurement around the wrist and adding 1.5 cm, to know which measurement to order.
