Pleated bracelet in leather

Bracelet from the van Deurs brand by designer Susanne Beskow. On pleated soft reindeer calfskin sits home-woven ribbon in silk. The home-woven ribbons have traditionally been woven into the Leksand suit's hat for married women.

The art of weaving these ribbons was inherited from hill to hill. The designer Susanne Beskow wants to carry this art form forward, the one that her relative Perander's Karin Stark, Siljansnäs mastered and was certified for.
